Live Time

Technology set out to connect the world, but many feel lonelier than ever— endless scrolling, passive interactions, and growing divides. People are craving in-person, human connection. But, despite being a trillion-dollar industry spanning events, hospitality, travel, and retail, organizing real-world experiences is still painfully manual, operating in fragmented and unstructured systems.

Planning run club or hackathon can mean months of labor: venue quotes, guest preferences, vendor coordination, payment tracking, and curating guest lists. Just as importantly, communities want to attract and retain the right people, maintaining spaces that feel curated and protected. And on the day of, hosts are still texting lost guests, running out for forgotten supplies, and juggling logistics, instead of actually enjoying the experience.

Every digital platform already knows about your online persona: who you are, what you like, and who you know. But when it comes to real life: where you gather, who you meet, how you spend your time, and what you experience– there's no infrastructure. While sitting at the center of the community social graph, we coordinate amongst venues, vendors, brands, retailers, and guests to automate all the behind the scenes work so that anyone can create authentic, memorable experiences tailored for their community in just a few clicks.

Despite a trillion-dollar ecosystem across events, hospitality, travel, and retail, organizing IRL experiences remains fragmented, manual, and inefficient, often requiring months of work across venues, vendors, payments, and guest curation…only for hosts to spend the actual event managing chaos instead of enjoying it. Plus, communities care deeply about who shows up, wanting spaces that feel intentional, curated, and protected. Live Time sits at the center of the community social graph, coordinating venues, vendors, brands, and guests to automate the entire process, enabling anyone to create high-quality, personalized, real-world experiences in just a few clicks.

Over the past few months we have scaled to 100+ universities entirely through word of mouth. We are partnering with brands like RedBull, Lovable, Monster, GoPuff, celebrity brands like Cay Skin (Winnie Harlow), Backstage Popcorn (Jonas Brothers). Live Time is backed by investments from Matt Cohler (Benchmark, early @ Facebook, LinkedIn), Rachel Holt (Uber, Construct Capital), and Brian Goldberg (Skinny Pop, Olipop), and recently participated in Cohort5 of Prod (accelerator: Cursor, Mercor, Etched.)
